Affirmations
What I want: I want to learn what is going on as a whole at the counter I work at in the supermarket. I want to be able to look people in the eyes. The behavior to achieve that are: Ask my colleagues tomorrow. Watch and learn before the 4th. Be confident. Have high self esteem. What thoughts do I have to think to achieve that: I can do it. All I need is experience and time. I am confident. ....will this really work????????????

Just relax. It always takes time to learn a new job. In a few weeks you will have mastered everything. It was the same for me when I first started working. If I could do it so can you.
